- Shu Puer is an elite black Chinese tea whose name translates as “ready, cooked”. Thick, with a velvety flavor and a pungent smell of raw earth, it has many connoisseurs around the world. Brewing Tips:

Try to brew white tea with water not exceeding 90-100 degrees. This will allow you to preserve the maximum of useful substances in the leaves and buds. Turn off the kettle before the water reaches boiling point. If you have already brought it to one hundred degrees, let it cool down a bit. -
For brewing, choose clean filtered water. For this purpose, you can take quality bottled water or purify it yourself, if your home filter allows you to achieve a good result. It is not recommended to take purchased mineral or highly mineralized spring water - such water distorts the taste of tea.
