  • It has a strong honey flavor. The steeped color is dark brown due to the tea being highly oxidized and heavily roasted. This tea is popular in Chinese restaurants and among aficionados.
  • A traditional type of oolong tea, with dark and curled tea leaves. The distinctive feature of Shuxian tea is its size, which is huge compared to other oolong teas.

  • The flavor of this legendary Chinese tea cannot be confused with any other. It combines richness and strength with softness and aroma, making you put things aside for a few minutes and enjoy the tea drinking process.
Brewing Tips:
  • Try to brew white tea with water not exceeding 90-95 degrees. This will allow you to preserve the maximum of useful substances in the leaves and buds. Turn off the kettle before the water reaches boiling point. If you have already brought it to one hundred degrees, let it cool down a bit.
  • For brewing, choose clean filtered water. For this purpose, you can take quality bottled water or purify it yourself, if your home filter allows you to achieve a good result. It is not recommended to take purchased mineral or highly mineralized spring water - such water distorts the taste of tea.
